The Innovative Master’s Programme in Sustainable Water Engineering and Management WATER4FUTURE aims to train a new generation of experts in sustainable urban wastewater management. Through an innovative international master’s program, the initiative brings together prestigious universities and industry partners to develop cutting-edge solutions for water treatment, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and resource recovery.

This master’s program, structured over four semesters for a total of 120 ECTS, offers personalized study plans and requires mandatory mobility across various European universities. Students will acquire interdisciplinary skills in environmental chemistry, circular economy, biotechnology, and digitalization. The participating institutions include prominent universities such as Palermo, Salerno, Cranfield, and Ghent, each contributing specialized courses to enrich the program
